  Hello – I would like to add an mp4 header in my FREE account – which theme supports mp4 in the header?

  The site I need help with is thewriteage1.wordpress.com.

  Thanks — I can’t get any of the free ones to work — one of them offers the option to put in a YouTube link; the others seem to just support images… do I need to pay for this feature? Can you tell me more specifically what to do? THANK YOU!

  Themes that offer a video header will ask you to provide a YouTube or Vimeo video link URL do so because not all accounts on WordPress.com have the ability to upload MP4 files. However, you can upload your MP4 to your personal YouTube account, and that would allow you to add it to your site header.
