Animated widget cloud

  I saw this widget http://www.wingedge.com and it is animated. Is wordpress widget capable of doing that? or it just depends on the theme again?

  That requires flash or javascript and neither of those is allowed here due to security concerns: http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/ .

  Personally I find them incredibly annoying and difficult to use to the point where I won’t use them.
