Hi there!
Is that your website and You want to login into admin area? Seems it is self hosted website, not related to WordPress.com.
This forum is dedicated to WordPress.com users who have hosted their websites on WordPress.com, while your website is using WordPress.org software and is hosted on domaincontrol.com (GoDaddy?) as I can see here:
https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=animationslider.comI suppose you have to contact your hosting administrator https://uk.godaddy.com/help/contact-us for help in your case.
Here you can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com:

Hi there,
The domain, animationslider.com, expired on 5 March 2021 and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.
It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.
Where a domain is registered and where a domain is hosted are not the same thing. whoishostingthis.com only tells you the latter, so it’s not the best tool to use here. Rather use a proper Whois lookup, like the ICANN whois at https://lookup.icann.org/lookup that gives you details on both the host and the domain registrar.
In this case you’ll see it indicates the registrar as Wild West Domains, which is one of the registrars we use for domains on WordPress.com, and this domain is currently registered with us through them.

Hi @kokkieh,
Thank you for information!
For this particular case with animationslider.com I have used https://lookup.icann.org/lookup and did not see anything about Automattic or WordPress and declared that.
But after your note I have checked what van be done to avoid that in future, I several other WHOIS search websites and found out that some of them give a link to WordPress like this:
Reseller: WordPress.com
That allows to identify wp.com related domains more accurate, so thank you the push:)
Examples:
https://www.whois.com/whois/animationslider.com
https://www.eurodns.com/whois-search/lt-domain-nameBut here is another question that I hope you can help to answer.
You have mentioned that lookup.icann.org shows both domain name registrar and hosting provider. Am not sure I understand about hosting provider.
Here is why:
lookup.icann.org shows only a Nameservers, not “hosting providers”. Then maybe we can assume that Nameservers have always same name as hosting providers? Seems not, here are examples:
Nameserver NS1.OPENHOSTINGSERVICE.COM belong to Automattic, like for snowboardabc.com.
Or ns23.domaincontrol.com can be used by website hosted on Google Cloud like animationslider.com (checked on https://hostingchecker.com/).
Could you please explain how can we know the hosting provider from the ICANN provided info? So far I do not know the websites which could give me both the hosting provider and a domain registrar, so use several separate ones.Thank you in advance for patience and help!

Hey @maksimurasov! o/
This will be a sidebar to your dialogue with Herman, but one I think is worth sharing.
I’ve found over the years that publicly available information can serve as a wonderful guide when attempting to help someone navigate the challenges we all know exist around domain ownership and website hosting. However, it doesn’t always tell the whole story, and not always accurately either.
It’s for this reason that my best practice continues to be to ask someone where their domain is registered/site is hosted when I’m not 100% sure; to offer that person the opportunity to come back and share valuable information that will help us help them.
Zooming out a bit: I’m not anxious to send anyone away from the WordPress.com forums. This might be one of the best chances they’ll get to find quality WordPress help and/or guidance. This is to say that there is always the option of asking someone who their registrar or host is, even after looking at our go-to research tools, before sending them elsewhere.
