anime background please

  So … I have a background gustaia anime xD

  or at least it’s something dark D:
  I do not want it to look white xD

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Ummm, I’m not sure what you are asking here.

  First off, since you are using so many images, go to settings > reading and decrease the number of posts you have showing on your main page. With my wireless internet connection, it took over a minute for your blog main page to load, and visitors will not like that. Not everyone has high speed internet. A good number are still on low-speed broadband or even dial up. Always, always think of your visitors. They will appreciated it.

  There are a number of themes here that allow you to use a background of your choosing. All you have to do is go to appearance > themes and then use the feature filter (link to the right of the search box) and filter for “custom background.”

  Are you wanting the background of the content area to use the graphic you have?

  If so, add this to your custom CSS

  #wrapper {background:none; border:none; }

  You are going to have a hard time though since there is so much variation in the colors on that image. Finding a font-color that will work and be legible will be nearly impossible.

  Your main focus when designing a site has to be on the content first and foremost, and that background is not going to put your content front and center. In fact, much of the content is going to be unreadable. Also, a busy background such as that draws the reader’s eye away from the content and makes it much harder to read.

  Just my opinion, you do as you wish. Truthfully though with that background, I would not spend anytime on your site. Too difficult to read. I would just go elsewhere.
