  There is no FTP access to WordPress.com blogs and we can’t install plugins. They are only for WordPress.com installs.

  YIKES! I made a mistake > I meant to type: They are only for WordPress.ORG installs.

  P.S. There is no upgrade you can purchase that provides FTP access and the ability to upload plugins into a free hosted WordPress.COM blog.
