annoying ad attached to post on mobile device

  I have a floating (ad?) on each current post when viewing my site on my phone. This does not show up when viewing on the computer. I may have done something accidentally but do not know how to remove it.
  I just purchased an upgrade (last night) to ‘remove ads’ – $30 – but it is still there.

  It is a floating box that says, ‘studiolightblue blog at wordpress.com theme minileven. (which i don’t believe is even the theme i’m using).

  Please help.

  That’s not an ad. It’s a theme and service credit which must remain in accordance with our terms of service.
