  The subscriptions can only be renewed from the same WordPress.com account they were purchased in. Please ask your programmer to renew the subscriptions for you. They can also contact us if they’d like to move the subscriptions to your WordPress.com account so that you can renew the subscriptions going forward.

  Please ask your programmer to log in to WordPress.com and go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact to start a live chat with us to discuss this with us.

  Live chat support is available as part of the Business plan the site has, but only the site owner account can access it.
