Annual credit card charge for deleted account

    Hello, my credit is still being charged Annually for a WordPress site that I deleted. I cannot contact you through that site login, as it is no longer active. I wrote to WordPress this time last year to cancel the charge, but I have never heard back. I would like this to be resolved and for the charge to be credited back to my credit card please.

    Th WordPress site/blog address was thesocialauthor. The charge came in overnight, so that is 22 or 23 of April 2020 (I am based in New Zealand, so there maybe a difference in dates with Th your records). The amount is NZ Dollars $166.89. The billing reference is [redacted by staff].

    I have evidence that the charge was for thesocialauthor, as I looked up the receipt on your online “find a receipt” system. I also have evidence that thesocialauthor is a deleted account.

    Please, I really would like to get this charged reversed or credited back to my credit card.

    Hi there,

    I see that the Premium Subscription was canceled yesterday and a refund was processed. It will take between 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. Auto renewal was also canceled, so you should not be charged again in the future.
