  How can we transfer the domain connection invoicing to another administrator as the original owner is no longer with the organization and we don’t have access to the required account information

  Hey there @jacinthamb, your first step will be to regain access to the account that owns the site and its upgrades. If your organization is paying for those, you can likely use the transaction information as outlined here:
  https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  Once you’ve got that, here’s the process for transferring the domain:

  You’ll need to transfer site ownership as well:
