Annual fee charged on WordPress account I can’t access

    I opened a paid account last year and I can’t find it or access it. I’ve never used it and I have just been charged $106 in an annual payment. I would like to close this blog and avoid all further charges.

    there are no charges on your account so the site in question was likely created with a different account (using different email address), what is the address of the site you want to close?

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    You’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
