Annual payment for wordpress

  Hi,

  I am querying a payment that you have taken from my credit card for my annual subscription as I do not use you site and that I was unaware it was set to auto renew and I wish a full refund. The time elapsed in them taking the payment and I am contacting you as I have only just got my credit card statement.

  I have also had the wrong email address in my account as well and I never received the email about the subscription being collected again!

  Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank statement.
