Annual plan cancellation

    Hi,

    If I purchase an annual business plan and I decide against it after a few days of testing it, can I cancel it?

    If so,

    1. What will the refund be on the $300 purchase?
    2. When will the cancellation take effect? Will it be cancelled immediately or will I be able to utilize it for the rest of the month?
    3. How long do I have to cancel it?
    4. Will I lose access to the included domain right away?

    In short, the current policy gives you 14 days to get a full refund on a plan purchase. Domains have a 5 day cancellation / refund policy. If you use your plan credit to get a domain, then cancel the plan, you could be responsible for the domain cost, which you can find here. You’d still own the domain for use with other service providers.
