Annual Plan Cancelled but no refund

    I’ve recently cancelled my annual subscription after being unable to troubleshoot this site on WordPress. I wanted to use the refund to restart my site which is terribly bugged and broken. Please assist me with a refund for the pro-rata of my annual plan.

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    I can’t see that the plan or refund has been processed, so it would just be a case of removing installed, plugins, themes and content from the site.

    Before we get to that – what are you looking to build exactly? Perhaps we can offer more information as to help avoid a buggy future for the site. :)
