annual renewal, trouble paying

  as I try to pay annual and charge back fee with new credit card or PayPal this is the the warning that is blocking the process ‘This domain already exists and cannot be registered. I fear I’m going to loose my WP site due to this problem. I would love to pay my annual fee plus the charge back but you wont let me!

  finally got the new credit card to work in annual renewal but now when I try to pay I get this message in “You are attempting to purchase new products with renewals. Please purchase them separately.” omg! what to do?!

  I managed to figure out how to navigate….and resolve the issue all by myself, it wasn’t easy!
