BTW, for http://www.tipresentoilcane.com/ I already tried to access same 2013 URL of jetpack.me changing the year but it gives me a “page not found” (jetpack.me/annual-report/21812985/2014/ , while 2013 one is jetpack.me/annual-report/21812985/2013/ and still works fine)

I tried typing it into the address bar but it doesn’t work. Only sends me to an error page on my blog.

Mon. 01/12/15 @7:41 pm — I only have 1 of 6 annual rpts. They aren’t working, using the instructions provided that someone sent to me. The addresses I used are as follows:

I remember seeing at least two more e-mails, but when I did my ‘annual cleanup’ on NYD, they were erased, I’d forgotten all about them. Can we solve this one? Thanks in advance.

@jsbnew — I generated reports for those 5 sites. You’ll get an email as soon as those reports are ready.
@jetpackconn — I’m checking with my team about that report. It looks like there may be an issue with how Jetpack is configured on that site that needs to be sorted out, and I’ll let you know once I know more.

Any more progress on the login issue? I am still unable to access my report – it asks me to log in again but the login doesn’t work. I posted near the very beginning of this thread.

@climatesight — Do you have third-party cookies enabled in your browser? If you aren’t sure, you can check that at the top of our Preview Problems and Third Party Cookies page.
Third-party cookies keep you logged in to your WordPress.com account, even when you’re visiting a custom domain (like your domain http://climatesight.org/). If those aren’t enabled, you won’t stay logged in while trying to view your annual report there.

As he mentioned, your site at http://www.jeanwilmotte.it/ isn’t using Jetpack, and there aren’t any sites linked to your WordPress.com account, so we don’t have any data to generate the report with. You can install Jetpack from http://jetpack.me/ and you should see a report next year.

@rachelmcr yeah in fact on Wp stats I see an error message about Jetpack version, but I checked in plugin sections and it’s version 3.3. The only problem that came in my mind is that I installed a security plugin with admin address masking (so I can use a custom address instead of usual wp-admin for the dashboard); if you think that it could be the problem I can try disabling that option :)

@jetpackconn — You can hold off on making any changes for now. Our team is looking into it to see if there’s a way we can sort it out on this end, and I’ll let you know when I get an update about that.

I do have most cookies blocked on my browser, but wordpress is supposed to be an exception. Maybe that wasn’t working properly, so I opened in a different browser and it worked fine! Many thanks!
