  When I renewed citrinehhc.com subscription, it shows a notification (!Enter Your First Name)

  how can I bypass this and renew this subscription.

  @firsform do you mean in the domain contact details? https://www.icann.org requires accurate contact info. You can purchase a contact privacy service to hide those details though.

  Also, for what it’s worth I don’t see any current upgrades on your account. Be sure you are logged in as the correct user.
