Annual vs Monthly Billing

    Hello – I am looking to transfer over my site from Wix to WordPress, but WP only gives me the option to pay annually. Do I have the option to pay monthly? Or a 30-day trial?

    Hi, I’m not staff, just a user. I’ve asked this question too and so far the answer seems to be that yearly billing is the only option. Not sure if they have a trial period. I’ve been here 3 months, so far the experience has been great. Very responsive support.

    @nukeban     is correct, we only offer yearly (or bi-yearly) payments.

    You can purchase any plan you’d like to try and, if you’re not happy, you can cancel and obtain a refund within the first 30 days.
    Bear in mind that if you register a custom domain, you could only opt for a full refund during the first 96 hours. After that time, we could only refund the cost of the plan minus the cost of the domain.
