    Bonjour , je viens d’acheter un nom de domaine avec l’offre, j’aimerai l’annuler avant la fin des 48h comment faire?

    You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the domain mapping upgrade to access the blog’s dashboard and cancel. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    To disable autorenew, provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrades go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.

    I tagged this thread for Staff assistance with canceling the domain. The process is laid out here http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/cancel-domain/ However,

    If Staff cancel your domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and there is no guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

    If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > My Domains in your dashboard.

    However, if you don’t want the domain at all, please just state that domain URL here for Staff.

    Be aware that this cannot be undone, so please follow the on-screen instructions carefully before you confirm the cancellation.

    unfortunately i didn’t understand what you tried to explain to me. My request is : deleted the subscription to the premium offer (so it means too, loose my name domain).

    i Tried to do what you told me but i have not access to “my upgrades” (i didn’t see it)
