    I wanted to renew my password, but it was impossible, I received following a message saying that my account was blocked due concern for spaming, it was a mistake on your part and that this is recovers. The concern is that my hit counter back to 0.     Hi there,

    I see that you reset your password 3 days ago. If you enter the wrong password too many times it can block you from trying for a while.

    As for your categories, you can access them by going to Posts > Categories in your Dashboard. You can add new ones from there as well.

    As for adding links to your Menu, you can do this by going to Appearance > Menus in your Dashboard. Take a look at this guide for more information:

    Hello,
    Thanks for answering so fast.
    ‘badeldire’ is my uncle, and he’s been having problems with his dashboard to some kind of bug, he’s also unable to express himself properly in english so it might be better if I take over.

    So he can’t access all his categories, of course he knows where to access his categories because he obviously he created a bunch of them, so the problem definitly doesn’t come from him not knowing how to do it, but it comes from an intern problem.

    I hope you can help him.

    Can you explain what you mean by intern problem? We’re not having any issues with categories from my knowledge, so can you walk me through the steps of where the error is occurring?

    Hey.
    Thanks for answering fast.

    Okey so I did some tests and I think I found the problem.
    Apparently, when I access badeldire.com, I can see all the articles that were posted on the category ‘Expressions écrites’. But if I access it using badeldire.wordpress.com, I can only one article in ‘Expressions écrites’.

    And as the dashboard is on badeldire.wordpress.com, I can’t see the articles that were posted in that category.

    I see what you mean. So, after looking into this, I found that this was two separate sites in two different accounts.

    badeldire.com is pointing to the WordPress.com site: https://badeldir.wordpress.com. All posts for this site can be found in this Dashboard:

    https://badeldir.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

    and the 2nd site is:

    https://badeldire.wordpress.com/: All posts for this site can be found in this Dashboard:

    https://badeldire.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

    It happens when you create two different accounts (two different emails) and sites within those accounts.

    If you want to Export one and Import it into the other, view the links for further instructions.
