  I want a anonymous blog – not listed anywhere, not acessible for Google/Yahoo spiders, not possible for anyone outside making comments. If possible neither visible to look at posts/articles for others than myself as author and a business friend (also as author).
  We want it as correspondence around ideas. Can WP.com (as free hosting) give us that ?

  Yes – get a blog, go to Options > Privacy and choose the last of the 3 options.
  That will do what you need :)
