Is there a way to find out who wrote a blog that has no name attached to it?

If the person wishes to remain anonymous and blogs under a pseudonym as many of us do the answer is maybe or maybe not. Why do you ask that question? if you wish to make a complaint about content on any blog hosted by wordpress.COM and have grounds to do so then it does not matter which username is used.
Complaints are not dealt with on public support forums. Only Terms of Service Staff have authority in such cases.
