anonymous comments allowing

hello, I read in the forums if you left all 3 of these unchecked:
An administrator must always approve the comment
Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
Comment author must have a previously approved comment..then people would be able to leave comments without logging in, just leaving a name and an (not-publically-listed, i gather) email.
I unchecked the 3, but you are still forced to log in to comment on my wordpress blog.

Please give us a link to your blog, starting with http.
Also, the Save Changes button is right at the bottom of the page and easy to overlook. Make sure to hit it when you make those changes, or they won’t be saved and implemented (I wish they’d move it to the top!).

this is the blog. the 3 items are still unchecked. and I clicked save at bottom of the page (to save 3 settings)

On the General settings tab, uncheck ‘Users must be registered and logged in to comment’.
