Anonymous writers changing content in archived posts

  We are six people who have a website devoted to communication, PR and politics. But we’ve noticed that when we select our individual names to see old posts than have been archived, many have been deleted by someone who adds phrases that make no sense followed by the word “good”. How could this be happening? Also, is there a way to recover those “lost” original posts? Thanks.
