Another account

    Hi!

    We are a re-opened organization called Biologer uten grenser. The organization was originally started in 2010, and at that time there was also started a blog on wordpress.com. In 2014 the organization became inactive, but now in 2016 it was re-opened again. Now, however, we are unable to log into the old account here on wordpress. We have not been able to track down the person that was responsible for the blog back in 2010, and it does not seem that they used the e-mail we use today as a username. Is it possible to get some help from you? The URL to the blog is biologerutengrenser.wordpress.com.

    Hi Karoline,
    According to staff they will only give access to the account if you have one of the following: 1) a transaction ID, 2) an activation URL or key, 3) two factor authentication codes, or 4) access to the email address associated with the account.
