Another attempt: How can I get a new suitable subscription?

My website is no longer online.. Seems like my business membership ended. Fine, so I want to see what to take next. It seems like Premium is good enough but I have no clue how I can see what I have now, I can get a new membership but then I can only pick business or the top one, so I am assuming I now have a premium membership still? Otherwise I could pick that one to purchase right? So that would mean I could talk to a person from WordPress to get my website back up.. yet there is no chat.. so what can I do? I have no clue anymore, I think I just need a Premium account as that also allows chat but I have no clue as i don’t know what I got now and nobody can help, send many messages here already but seem to be stuck.
There is no way to call WordPress they refer me back to here. I am unsure what to do now please help
The site I need help with is collectivecreationeu.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.
