Another blogger can’t RSS my site
-
I have a friend who has told me more than once that she has been unable to add my site to her rss feed. She has many other site which are in her feed and working so I don’t think it is a problem with her server or site. Is there any setting I might have accidentally hit to disable someone’s ability to rss me?
Thanks.

Check under Settings: Reading and see that you’ve got your blog feed enabled AND your blog is not set to Private. Private blogs don’t have RSS feeds.

My blog is not set to private. I checked that.
I cannot find on the Reading page where the blog feed enabled is.
These are the only options on that page:
Front page displays
Blog pages show at most
Syndication feeds show the most recent
For each article in a feed, show
For each article in an enhanced feed, show
Encoding for pages and feeds (which I have set at UTF-8 as recommended) -
-
I would like my blog to be visible to everyone, including search engines (like Google, Sphere, Technorati) and archivers
This is what I choose for my privacy setting. This was the only thing in the privacy setting section. So I am not sure what else I could enable or not enable.
Is there any way that you could try a quick check to see if you can add my site to your rss feed? Feel free to delete it right away as soon as you are done. I just don’t know what to do from here.
