Another “Can’t Delete Page” Problem
-
I’m trying to delete a page that I created on my blog. It’s not a post, just an additional page that I decided I didn’t need. I’ve clicked “delete” from the “Manage” menu on My Dashboard but the tab for that page keeps showing and I get a 404 Not Found error message.
Here’s the page: http://gaymystic.com/cool-stuff/
I’ve already tried clearing cache, cookies, etc., restarting IE and nothing works.
How do I get rid of it?

The page is definitely gone when you look in Dashboard > Manage > Pages? Sometimes it can go back to a draft status; but if you clicked delete, it should be gone, so it’s probably not that.
Have you tried creating another page with the exact same name, then deleting that. It’s worked for a few other people before; it should delete both pages and remove the original one from the navbar.

I am actually having this same problem for a simple family website (http://paulnlibby.com/). I had previously created a Home page with our Christmas newsletter and a separate page called Posts. Today, I deleted both pages but they both kept showing up despite clearing cache, etc. Finally, only Home remains. Any ideas?
