Another domain question – getting desperate!!

I posted another question previously that no one has answered about switching name servers. Because I have not been able to switch name servers, I instead have been trying to transfer my domain. However, this isn’t working either. I have been told by the new domain host that the authorization code is incorrect. Since I copied and pasted directly from the email I received from WordPress, I have no idea what the problem is.
I would love help with either of these two questions (the other being that I am being told I need to verify my email through an ICANN verification email that I have never received and can’t seem to have resent). I’m tearing my hair out over here. Could really use some assistance, please. :(

Can someone please respond to my thread? I still am unable to either redirect name servers or transfer the domain. The verification is not reaching me. I will be posting on a second thread that was started because I am getting no response here. I know you don’t like that, but I don’t like being ignored.
