Another Fatal Error message

  Hi, Fairly new to this “WordPress” stuff and i have used the install.php file to install wordpress obviously, It redirects me to the login page as it shout but when i try to log in i get this error.

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function update_category_cache() in /home/a7964180/public_html/wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php on line 43

  I browsed everywhere, google can’t find anything, all forums i tried the solutions don’t work, So im kinda stuck here..
