Another newbie fiddling around and now the posts don't show
-
Hi,
I have looked at the forums and have seen others who had issues with blog-posts not showing up but the answers did not appear to apply to me. So, here goes…
Recently started my first blog on the free WordPress.com. It is onevancouvergarden.wordpress.com. I wanted to add some extra static pages: Resources, Plant Sales & Events in addition to the Contact page. The Home page I turned into “About.”
I think what happened is that I thought I could create a separate Blog Posts page and feed them into that but whilst I can see the posts (there are three) individually from my dashboard, when I go outside and attempt to view as a regular reader only the four static pages show. Here’s the crazy part…someone is able to view the blogs because I am getting ‘likes’ on them.I also noticed that there is a little FrontPage icon on the Home/About page. That is probably significant, right?
So, I messed up when I should have left well alone on the posts.
Would someone please check for me and give me instructions on how to make the posts appear on their own page? Appreciate any assistance.
Cheers, AlysonThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Check out this support document on setting a static front page and a blog posts page.

Thank you! I watched the video twice and then selected the optional method of creating a separate Blog page. It worked!
