Another person's blog name Unused

I want to ask someone with a blog that is unused to release the name so i can use it.
It is called anantayoga.
How can I go about this?

Is alive but unused – you need to contact the owner and ask them to transfer it to you – leave a comment or use a contact form if there is one on the site –
If the owner can’t be contacted you are out of luck – WordPress.COM will not give out contact info for any blog

there’s no contact form on their site.

Try leaving a comment on the site – I think there was still the single Post – many times the comments are set to “Moderate” which means an email is sent to the email address of record for a site to approve the comment
