Another person's blog on My Blogs Page

Looking at my blog list, there is a blog on there that doesn’t belong to me. I don’t know this person, and I’m not sure how it made it under my account. But I’m not finding a way to delete any of the blogs registered on My Blogs and I don’t have access to her blog to disconnect it from my account.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you look in your site Dashboard>My Blogs (i.e. not on the WordPress.com homepage) and hover your mouse over the name of the site, do you see an option to “leave blog” or transfer blog”?

I understand that they aren’t .COM blogs. They are showing up under the My Blogs page on WordPress.com.
Suzanbutler.com is my site. That’s not the problem.
KimberlyFarris.com is NOT mine. I do not own that blog at all. Not sure where it came from or how it got under my WordPress.com account. I don’t know this person at all, actually, and I would just like to delete that blog from My Blogs. Is there a way for me to do that myself? Because I can’t find it.

Odd – WordPress.COM blogs can be transferred to an account without the account receiving the blog needing to say yes – was not aware that .ORG sites could also be changed – could be a bad transfer and they are using JetPack for stats and such
