Another posts/pages question
-
I have read the FAQ’s and previous forum posts but I am still confused. I’m using WordPress.com to host a website, but I do want to have the blog as one of the pages. My site is http://animalharbor.wordpress.com
I am using the Digg theme, because I wanted the navigation tabs at the top. I made my home page a sub-page of the posts page, so that I wouldn’t have two Home tabs. But now I seem to have lost my posts page. I wanted the blog posts to show up on the “News” page, but I don’t really know how to do that.

blog posts can only show up in the home page. any other pages you create are just pages by themselves, and you can’t add posts to it. they’re kind of like posts but they don’t follow the chronology of blog posts – they’re static posts, you might say that.

You have to select the page you want the posts to appear on under options > discussion. The page you want to use has to have already been created using write > page.

Thank you thesacredpath! I found it under Options > Reading (not discussion.)
