Another request to display RSS feed from WordPress.com onto my website.
-
I am building a new website using WordPress (FairfieldPhoto.com/Home) and will use the WordPress environment my website to display event entries as Posts.
I want to create a page on that site for my personal Blog that is on WordPress.com (k8jz.wordpress.com) and feed my personal blog entries to my business site on their own page.
How do I create a “pull” of the feed I am creating on k8jz.wordpress.com onto a page in FairfieldPhoto.com/home? I have to believe it is some form of feed process pulling from k8jz.wordpress.com/feed/ but I can’t figure out how to do it. Ideally, I would love to have some control over the look and feel and the ability to display the entire post and not just a hot link of the post’s title.
Thanks!
-Mike

I’m stabbing a guess here, but from the COM side, the only thing I can think of is mapping your COM blog to a subdomain (not subdirectory) of that site. http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/ This, however, would not allow you control over the look and feel of your blog page. It would appear just as it does on COM and you would still be bound by the TOS here.
Otherwise with what you are asking, we really can’t help you with this here in the COM forum, since we can’t use whatever tools you would need to use on your own ORG site. Check with the folks over at http://wordpress.org/support/ Good luck!
