  regardless how many times you reload

  Happens to most other thumbnails all over the site.

  I’m able to load both of those files just fine.

  Is the issue persisting?

  No, today it’s fine. These issues happen every now and then and always persist for about a day until a staff checks. It’s almost as if a staff checking from the internal network will unclog whatever the issue was for the rest of the world
