  Hi! I am trying to help my parents with their business site, planethairva.com. How can I connect my mom’s account with my word press features? I am trying to edit her site and it’s giving me a hard time since some of the features aren’t listed.

  It looks like planethairva.com is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Ideally, you would need to create a new user on the site via planethairva.com/wp-admin.
