Another site plagiarising my work

A wordpress site, http://noveltoplist.com/ is reposting my reviews after, presumably, running the post backwards and forwards through some translation software – some of the phrasing and wording has been changed. Is there any way to prevent this happening?

    Hi familyadvocate,

noveltoplist.com is a WordPress.org site, which is not hosted here on WordPress.com. We can review sites hosted on WordPress.com but we don’t have any control over sites hosted elsewhere. You may want to see if there is a way to the owner of noveltoplist.com directly through their site.

Is there any way to prevent this happening?

We have a guide which lists several options for helping to prevent copyright theft:

    Prevent Content Theft

While we can’t guarantee full protection of your content, these steps can help reduce the risk.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks – not clear on the difference between .com and .org – but useful information.

I have updated my copyright info and have got in touch with godaddy who provided the person with the site. Am waiting to see what happens – can’t imagine it should be difficult to decide to block the thief.
