another tumblr import, sorry!

sorry i know like every support thread right now is the same thing, but I’m also having issues with a tumblr import going over 24 hours without any posts imported. I know you guys have backlog and a ton of people trying to import their tumblrs at once, thats totally fine and im okay with waiting as long as it gets backed up before the purge on the 17th. I just want to make sure that it is in the queue and processing. trying to import aevios.tumblr.com to aevios.wordpress.com

I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it.
We’re processing a large volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.

Hi, sorry, another question. So it stopped importing due to lack of space, but I went through and deleted some stuff i didnt need to make more room. Will the import resume where it left off, or will it redownload what i deleted, or do i have to change something for the import to resume? Thank you!

If you run another import, content that has already been imported won’t be duplicated. aevios.wordpress.com is using the free plan so 3GB of media will be imported — but a paid plan would be needed to import anything over that. Posts and pages don’t count towards your storage space though, only media.
