another user wants one of my blogs

  I want to release a blog name so that another user can have it. Do I just delete the name of it and/or do i change the name of it…or do i have to transfer it to that user.?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

  She/he needs to register a WordPress.com username account if they don’t have one.
  You need to invite her/him to be an official user of the blog.

  She/he accepts and you elevate her/his status ie. role to Admin.

  Then you use this process to transfer the blog to he/hisr username account.
