Hi, I want to make another theme for my website with wordpress. How I can make another website in my website without activate it directly? I tried to make one in another inloggning but I could not use pluggins without make it premium account. can anyone help?

Hi again! the site I have is http://colidamedia.com/ and I could not sign in on http://wordpress.com? which email adress is the one needed there? I tried the main email that we have för the site and it is (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) and both of them I could not find my site there to add a new design to it. Should I buy a new plan för a new design to my site?
