Another wordpress account/Payment problems

    I need help. I have a couple wordpress accounts and one of them I purchased a domain for through wordpress last year. I got an email that it was about to expire so I have repeatedly tried to log in to pay it and have been unable to do so. Adding /wp-admin or /wp-login to the domain is not working. If I log out and generically go to the wordpress site or click anything related to contact/forum etc it just automatically logs me into one of my other wordpress accounts (usually my Jenna Starlight site). I have tried everything to make this payment and/or reach someone at customer support/forums etc but nothing is working. This is a nightmare. My website is now down bc of this, which is a HUGE problem. I don’t want to lose my domain bc no one will reply to me. Please help!

    Hey @jennastarlight, can you go to https://wordpress.com/me/account and see if the address there matches the one the reminders are being sent to?

    If not, can you log out, and log back in with that email?

    And if that does not work, will you send us the domain name so we can take a look?
