answers cannot be accessed

A time ago, I asked about changing the currency of my site. That was solved. Besides that, in the conversation someone wrote to me how to turn my site multilingual without installing plugins. I cannot access the conversation, I get this notification: “Post unavailable. Sorry, we can’t display that post right now.”
Could I have access again to the advices that were written to me? I didn’t think they would get out of reach (so soon).
The advices given in “https://wordpress.com/support/set-up-a-multilingual-blog/” don’t look like working for my site. Thank you!
