Any Ability to Show Posts the Visitor Have Not Read?

    Hi!

    I wonder if there is any possibility to track the posts the blog-visitor has been viewing and then show either random posts or posts with similar tags which the blog-visitor has not yet read, in lets say the Sidebar,
