  I want to add a chat plugin to my website, any guys would commend?

  Gello there,
  There is no FTP access to wordpress.com free hosted blogs and there are no plugins we can install on wordpress.COM blogs.
  You can use the meebo chat widget found here > Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets
