any help on how I can make my subscriptions appear?

  Sometimes I log in and manage my subscriptions with no problem, and sometimes there is a heading that doesn’t go away that says loading loading your subscriptions. Is there a way to make this go away and have my subscriptions appear every time?

  That sounds more like a browser issues to me.

  Please try clearing your cache and cookies, then let us know if there’s any improvement.

  I’ll bet you anything that I’ll clear my cash and cookies, manage one subscription, and then go to try and manage some more and it won’t work.

  Just as I suspected! Is there a way to avoid having to clear my cash and cookies after managing each subscription?
