What attracts search engines is unique content the cannot be found anywhere else on the internet. Keep publishing original content frequently because it can take weeks before indexing will happen.
The process we use for verifying free hosted WordPress.com blogs with search engines is found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
Note: Even if you do not verify the blog the content will be indexed by search engines so don’t feel panicky about this please.
WordPress.com provides the search engines with site maps. We bloggers do nothing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sitemaps/

Yesterday I removed the date and comments and added pictures to the heading. From the dashboard the pictures are there but when I access the page through search engines the pictures are absent.

Please be aware that what’s displayed in Google search page results is beyond our control. All search results display issues are between the blogger and Google. http://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/

Unless your blog is very active with new content and has been active for some time, search engines can take a while to have changes to a blog reflect in their search results. Not uncommon for it to take a day or two for updates to be reflected in search engines
It looks like your blog is only 3 days old – as noted above it can take several weeks for new sites to be fully indexed by search engines

You have very little when it comes to content. I recommend publishing original content frequently because it can take weeks before indexing will happen.
