Any upload plugins that allows me to upload from my blog?

  I am learning to create an office website and I was asked whether there is plugin that allows me to attach files straight from the blog, but not in the administration page, so that users that are not admin could also upload files easily. Please help if you have any idea about this. Thanks a lot.
