Any way to remove my re-blogged post from another bloggers site?

    A fellow wordpress blogger has re-posted content from my site without asking me first. I would leave a comment to ask them to remove it but I am concerned it might be a phishing scam to get e-mail addresses. The whole site seems to be made up of re-blogged content. Also, the site is not in English (except the re-blogged content) so I am unsure of the context. Any ideas?

    You can ask them to remove it, that is the only way. You as the copyright owner have that right. Of course they might argue fair use, and fair use is a quite fuzzy legal area.

    The fact that you say the site looks like all reblogged material is one of the arguments I and a number of others made when reblogging was introduced. We didn’t prevail as you can plainly see.
