Any way to retrieve previous stats that I lost when I was unable to login?

  There was a glitch with the WordPress stats page that prevented me from logging in to view the data. The only way to correct the problem was to create a new admin login and password through a new stats plugin called JetPack and as a result the previous stats for the blog was lost. I did read that WordPress has had issues with the stats page being corrupt and having issues with login. Is there any way those previous stats can be retrieved???

  The issue was with WordPress stats, Jetpack was not installed.
