Any way to retrieve stats on a different domain?

  I have a self hosted site. It used to be on a multisite, and the URL was <ip address>/subfolder, I’ve subsequently moved it to a single site install and got a separate domain name. I didn’t see any way to amend the blog address for Jetpack stats. Is there a way for me to retrieve the old stats and/or associate it with the new site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
